Terms of Service
Warranty
The Australian Consumer Law protects consumers by giving them certain guaranteed rights when they buy goods and services. For example, the Law requires that goods must be free of defects, and do what they are meant to do. Services must be carried out with care and skill. These rights, which the Law says automatically apply whenever goods or services are supplied to a consumer, are called ‘Consumer Guarantees’.
Under the Law, these Consumer Guarantees cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of “acceptable quality” and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
We, Atterprise Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Atterprise), hereby confirm that a 12 month warranty on the TS2020 and the BTAC820 supplied by us to be free from defects in materials.
Subject to the following terms:
• This Warranty shall cover all the defective area where failure has been caused by faulty materials and shall not cover other damages or defects caused by other misuses.
• It shall be the purchaser’s responsibility to notify Atterprise, mentioned above, of any defects appearing in the system immediately on the occurrence.
• Defective units returned by the purchaser at his own expense (Return to Base) during this period will be repaired (or replaced at the option of Atterprise) with an equivalent piece of refurbished and tested equipment. The repaired or replaced equipment is then warranted for the balance of the initial warranty period or for thirty (30) days, whichever is longer.
• The repair or replacement will be without charge provided that the equipment has not been subjected to electrical of physical misuse or to unauthorised repair or modification.
• The foregoing warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• The purchaser’s exclusive remedy with respect to any and all losses or damages resulting from any cause whatsoever, shall be repair or replacement as specified above.
• Atterprise shall in no event be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, however occasioned, whether by negligence or otherwise.
